I finally got off my butt and went to yoga at mission control yesterday (Monday at 6:15) and it was honestly the best yoga class that I have ever experienced.
I've been to four different studios in SF, as well as a number back in NH (not that you can tell as I am falling over most of the time). I really liked the combination of Rosie's expertise with the relaxed setting of mission control. I felt like I was doing yoga in my bedroom with some old friends.

starts at 6.30pm every monday
arrive 15 minutes b4 the start
bring yoga mat
its for all levels, particularly good for beginners
